My passenger side mirror glass needs to be adjusted outward more but the glass won't move. I'm afraid the glass will break if I push too hard on the outer edge of the glass. Any suggestions?

 

I went through this awhile back. My suggestion is to remove the mirror from the door and dis-assemble it. I continually srayed pb blaster at the joint several times over a period of days. Eventually, it broke free after a good amount of force. Be careful!!

Its still pretty stiff, but can now be adjusted. I don't know if any new parts are available..........glad I did'nt break it.
