Source for factory vinyl-backed floor insulation?

Source for factory vinyl-backed floor insulation?

Before I install a new carpet on my 1972 Vista Cruiser, I'm trying to replace the insulation in the front foot wells. The factory stuff was about a 1/4" thickness of some type of jute or hemp insulation as pictured, bonded to a grayish very thin PVC foil. Does anyone know a good source for this kind of material?

How about a source for the 3/16" to 1/4" thick bitumen plates that are stuck all over the floors? I know Dynamat is probably better, but I still like the idea of replacing the insulation the way it was, just a few months ago when I pulled everything out to rust proof the sheet metal. (Luckily, not a single bit of welding was needed.)...
