Sometimes the slightest details make a big difference

Replaced the cracked coolant reservoir cap on my '72 Supreme today, and decided to venture out from stock and order this one from NAPA. Even though their website said it wouldn't fit, I figured for 10 bucks, why not? I liked the fact that it is black with the white lettering so it would contrast with the coolant reservoir.

Before...

...and after

And it now matches the washer reservoir...

If anyone else wants to follow my lead, here's the part number...

Happy Oldsmobiling!

Thanks guys...just drove it for about an hour and no issues with the cap popping off, so I think I'm good.
