Correct coolant reservoir?
'72 "U" code Cutlass Supreme. Heavy duty cooling with A/C...is this the correct coolant reservoir? I've seen others that are different that mount with a bracket, but could this be correct for my car because of the evap canister?

That is not the correct reservoir. At some point, Olds began offering a kit for customers complaining of overheating. I think maybe it was then standard on BBO A,B, C bodies only. Your car should probably have one to be correct.
The reservoir, which Fusicks reproduces, amongst others, is plastic, uses a bracket. It has a non-pressurized double nipple cap, and one hose goes to the radiator, then lower into the reservoir on the inside, and the other one is an overflow hose going overboard.
