My Vista cruiser doesn't have a fan shroud, should it have one? Where can I get one? It has that hand guard that hangs over the fan and rubber seals on the sides.
330 4 barrel, non a/c

 

It does make a big improvement. They did not come with them standard, Heavy duty cooling was optional with or without AC. There are reproduction fan shrouds made but, the general opinion is they do not fit well and are not well made. Originals are getting hard to come by and are spendy.
I have one available, the top plate is the same without without a shroud. There is a set of lower brackets that screw in to he lower radiator support that is mounts to and the two holes in the top plate you have that are not used are for a shroud.

When you get ready look on Craigslist in the SF Bay Area. This guy sells 67 like new shrouds has 6 or 7 but pricy. Over $300
