I bought my car out of Florida this winter. I used Exotic car transport, they are based in Orlando. They will NOT be your cheapest option. I went with them based on a recommendation from the seller who was liquidating a large car collection and had a lot of trust in them.
They are a "real" company, not a scheduling service for free lance guys who own a car trailer. Everything went great. I don't know what you have invested in the car so far, but if you want secure and enclosed transport I have no problem recommending Exotic.

Last year I purchased my 442 in Dallas and had it shipped to Tucson by CRESTLINE AUTO TRANSPORT DALLAS, TX 75234. They did a great job for me and the price was very fair. I highly recommend that you check them out.
Good luck with your shipment and maybe we can get together to swab 442 stories when you get yours.
Contact me if you would like additional info

This past February I bought a '78 Toronado out of Valdosta, Georgia and had it shipped to me in New Mexico, a distance very similar to your Florida to Arizona trip. I used this company. They're based in upstate New York, but they work nationwide.

I contacted them on a Thursday, submitted the signed contract via email on Friday, they picked up the car the following Sunday, and it was in my garage the following Thursday. One week total from beginning to end, and that's moving a car across the country. Can't complain about that.
The Toro was non-running, so the cost of the transport was $950. $800 regular price plus an extra $150 because it did not run. Well worth it, I thought.
The driver took good care of the car, putting on his open trailer in a spot least likely to get road debris thrown up at it. I gave him a generous tip
