Sharing the wealth (and typos)...

I was shamed by my "trusting" an apparently accurate source a few days ago (see my earlier "Who stole my horsepower?" post), so to prove it really wasn't my fault--and because at least one of you asked--I scanned the book from which my numbers were derived.

[NOTE: I own no rights to this beyond owning the physical publication (and never having lost it or let my mom throw it out. What? I was a sophomore in high school when I bought it...).]

Some of those "exciting" cars back in 1989 aren't even on the radar screen anymore!

I always thought the Merkurs were cool. The Sterling was just a rebodied Honda Civic (but how can it be a "British" car that doesn't leak oil?), and there was a gorgeous (yes, I said that) Yugo convertible at Hershey a couple of years ago.
