saying goodbye to the car
it looks to be official. i sold the Quad 442 W-41. i am going to deliver it to the guy the 15th in PA. we were going to take it to the nationals but it won't make it. after we deliver it me and my wife will be there in my dads truck. will sure miss this car. i was in high school when they came out. i wanted one new but i could not afford one. after i graduated in 93, i got a job and started the hunt for one. i found this one in a magazine after i got my job. it was in New Jersey. i got a plane ticket for me and a friend and we flew out there and drove it home. the original owner put 32,000 miles on it and now it has 49,000. the original owner took very good care of it and kept all the documentation from day one. i even have the business card of the man that sold it to him.
well it is time to pass this car on to the next guy. it sure has ben a pleasure to own a piece of Oldsmobile history like this car. i took close to 100 pictures of the car from every angle and every spot under the hood and every where else i could get to. maybe i will have one in the future and need the pictures to restore one.

You must be the same age as me, I graduated in 93 as well I spent many an afternoon at the Olds dealer in 1991/1992...even test drove a brand new 91 Cutlass Supreme. The salesmen were awesome, they said they knew I couldn't afford the cars, but let me test drive them anyhow...it was sweet.
Drive safe!
