RPM calculator

I have done a search but haven't found the formula for calculating the engine rpm when the gear ratio, MPH, and tire diameter is known. I'm getting too old to remember the formula constants to do this. Any help?

rpm = ratio x mph x 336 divided by diameter of tires in inches
