retread casing age guidelines vs new tire serviceability
I see that the new recommendation for tire service life is 6 years. I can't find anything on the service life age limit on retreads. Everything I've read says there no age limit on casings and serviceability is determined through inspections. Why is there a difference, what are the rules, anyone know?
