Restoring carb tags?

I am very thankful for the member that came forward and provided me with these original carb tags for my freshly restored carbs.
I'm unsure if I'm going to use them as is or attempt to restore them.
Looking for advice or tips.
Do you think I'll be able to very gently slightly straighten them without making the small crack in the bends worse?
Were these originally anodized or painted? I'm thinking painted because only one side shows signs of having color.
So,if you were going to attempt to restore them, how would you straighten and recolor them?
thank you

I would let them sit in the sun for a few hours first, or maybe oven at low heat. It will make them more ductile.

I agree, get them warm, not hot, maybe use like wooden chopsticks , you could file each chopstick to a larger or smaller diameter flat end and very very gently push the aluminum back into shape being careful not to flatten numbers or the embossing. They would certainly be presentable then. Paint them and put them on. Won’t be perfect but acceptable.

Search 'Oldsmobile carb tags' on ebay. Not perfect, no tag color but perhaps better then zero. I don't see the colored three tag set the one Olds guy was selling at the moment.

In 2020 I bought a set from Mike Seidlik, olds@megavision.com. Mike had had a health issue, but was back on the grid. Send him an e-mail.
