Restore Faded Tail Lights

I am restoring a 1967 442 convertible and its almost complete and looks fantastic. Lot of time and money went into the car. However, I cannot find new 1967 upper and lower tail lights. The ones I have are very faded. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to restore the red color to the tail lights?

Thanks
Mike

Depends a lot on the lens overall condition. If it's got stress cracking not much you can do. But if it's just dull? I've used Mothers Plastix on my lenses and they turned out beautifully. You have to spend a lot of time and elbow grease on it though - get the surface of the plastic good and hot with the rubbing for best results.

So far I haven't seen anyone reproducing the 67 lenses.

I used Sylvania Headlight Restorer and it worked great.
