Rebuilding a Distributor

I am restoring my 69 442 and would like to restore the distributor to factory specs. Does anyone have a step by step on past rebuilds? Also, if anyone has the NOS cap, rotor, points and condenser that would be great as well.

Thanks
Sean

The factory shop manual is a good place to start. In addition to the small parts you mentioned you will need to check the bushings, shaft and drive gear for wear. Replace anything which is not to specification. You will also need shims to get the end play within spec. I don't remember off the top of my head what the spec is but it should be in the manual.
