Rear seat pillar "dome" lights - bulb replacement

Hi all,

One of the bulbs in the rear seat, side "dome" lights that go on when you open the door(s) is burnt out. I'm thinking the way to get at the bulb is to gently pry the plastic lens out of the body. But don't want to guess wrong. I tried to "unscrew" the round body from the upholstered pilar cover, but she ain't budging. Not finding it in CSM. Any confirmations of the "lens pry" is appreciated. Thank you.
