Anyone with a 1962 Starfire convertible have a rear bumper with bolt holes in the bumper directly behind bumper mount bracket upper hole?

OK guys with a little digging I found out what the holes are for. The bumper Jack has a tit on it that goes in the hole to Jack the car. There's a plug for the holes but it doesn't show in the parts book, found some on Ebay though.
