Radiator Replacement Recommendations for a '75 98?
To make a long story short, the original radiator in my 98 Regency decided it was done holding fluids of any kind and dumped it's contents all over my driveway this morning and I'm looking for recommendations on an equivalent ("OD" stamped 3-Row unit with the "Low Coolant" warning option) replacement that wouldn't look out of place. So far the options I'm seeing are...
- The usual generic, all-aluminum three-core units you can find anywhere online. Some of them have the low-coolant sensor port, but most don't.
- The cheap, aluminum with plastic tank units you can get from your local auto-parts store. Most of these have the low-coolant sensor port, but they're single-row units that are supposedly "equivalent" to the original three-row units (I'm not sure I believe that)
- New OEM-style Copper-Brass replacements from places like US Radiator, which would be ideal if it weren't for the eye-watering price and the lack of the low-coolant sensor port. (These seem they're more for "built" engines anyways, which mine is it not)
Has anyone had luck in finding new, quality, OEM style radiators with the low-coolant sensor port? What would you recommend for a stock 455?

Have you tried Summitt Racing? I bought an aluminum radiator from them and love it.

If you don't have a quality radiator shop in your area to re-core the original I would ship it to Kenny's radiator in Indianapolis and have it done. I personally can't stand the aluminum radiators in an old car. I guess you could paint it black and make it at least look a little better than aluminum color.
