questions on possbile trade for my 72 cutlass for a 67

Ok guys so. I got a friend who loves my 72 and the color as well. He has a torqouised color original 67 cutlass possible southern car i think. Im looking for a new project as the 72 got boring. My question is. What can i carry over from my 72 to the 67. the rear end is built and i did tell him that if it had to go with the car it would cost him some cash. The reason i wana trade is. this car has a full interior. Im willing to take a loss on the body work and fiberglass on my car and it is also not perfect needs some work in some area's as i specified to him. Will my headers work im running my 350 and my th400. my exhaust does not concern me because i made it so i can modify it. My main questions are for drive line with my 10 bolt rear work on the 67 ? Just out of curiosity what is the curb weight of the 67 vs the 72. Im not entirely basing this trade on going fast but. It hit me the other day when i took my girl friend/fiance to the store in my olds that it's not the most comfortable ride and if we have kids they cant ride in the back as i have a 4 point roll bar .

I believe the rear is just a hair wider on your 72. Your engine and transmission will work, you may need to mod the driveshaft if the one off the 72 does not work. Your headers will not work, for the most part no headers work.
