Q: Paint to simulate factory finish on 1965 4 speed console top plate insert?

Just put a new clutch in my car and wanted to touch up the console. Appreciate any and all advice from you '65 guys.

I have heard folks have had good luck with SEM Landau Black.

For a 66-69 console, black is correct; I'm asking about the silver as used on '65 models.
