Putting Vintage Air in a non-AC 70 442

Has anyone on here done a AC changeover using Vintage Air components? If so what was the positives and negatives about the installation and operation of the unit?

Thanks
Larry

Here is my old thread and still works great 3 years later. It is on an AC car though. On a non-AC car, the compressor mounts on the drivers side so the hoses have to go across the engine bay. Also may need to upgrade the radiatior, fan & possibly shroud if the car does not already have the HD cooling package (can't recall if standard on a 442).
