I've been noticing a lot more Oldsmobiles, especially H body Delta 88's on the road lately. Seems like almost every other day or so I see one on the road. Am I hallucinating Oldsmobiles or is our favorite car brand making a come back in my area?

 

Maybe because you have one yourself.
Years ago I bought a VW Beetle for a beater dd, I thought they had mostly long gone to the crushers, this was before they were collectible over here btw. But as I used mine I noticed other VWs on the road, whereas before they didn't register as anything beyond another car on the road.
I noticed the same thing when I hung out with someone who had a thing for Hillman Avengers, (Plymouth Crickets in North America, every model of car has some kind of following it seems).
If you ever go to Margate, England you might well see an '87 2 door H body 88, or an '89 Buick Le Sabre .
