Power Tour = SUCCESS.
Power Tour = SUCCESS.
Deciding to go to Norwalk for the Power Tour turned out to be the greatest decision I've ever made. I got to meet someone from the forum (dc2x4drvr) and saw some GORGEOUS Oldsmobiles and other cars as well!
Also met a man with a '70/'72/2000 Cutlass SX...yeah, I got pics. LOL. It was a true '70 SX with a '72 Front clip and some doorhandles off of an early 2000s GM. The owner bought it that way and is working on restoring it back to original. Seems like it has a pretty weird history, like mine!
It was the first time my car saw the strip under my ownership, too. I had a blast. 15.7 isn't too bad for her!
And the best part: I met David Freibuger afterward. AND he signed my car! I also just found out tonight that my car was featured on Roadkill's Facebook page!! It totaled a 238 mile journey. Nothing went wrong, the car is solid as can be! I'm so proud to own such a reliable vehicle. Man, I can't wait for next year.

Enjoy!

Just recognized your car on roadkills Facebook page and wanted to post it here, too :-D
Congrats man!
Hope you talked David into buying an Olds for the show! ;-)
Did you also get to see the Blasphemi?

I think he was definitely considering it! Hahaha. Unfortunately, the Blasphemi wasn't able to make it on the tour.
I did the first three stops of Power Tour. My avatar picture is taken from American Racings Facebook page. When I got back to my car in Charlotte there was a paper on my seat that said the took a picture of their model with my car and If I brought the paper to their booth they would give me a T Shirt. My daughter sent me the link to the facebook page with my cars picture.
