Post Car

I have a 70 cutlass 2 dr post car. Are the front doors of a 4 door car the same as a 2 door post car?

As a general rule, 2dr doors are longer than the front doors on a 4dr car to allow enough room to enter the back seat.

Nope. But, on a little different note, I found out that a Cutlass wagon and Vista Cruiser have different wheelbase and different rear doors.
