Yes there are, I got my last sets from Ebay. They are rubber with the 2 metal rings to keep them in place on the top of the guide. Some say they will starve the valve from lube. I have not had a problem....yet. I have them on a couple of engines. No machining of the guide is necessary. I also bought some from NAPA years ago and they were Perfect Circle brand.

Just did a brief search and did not find the ones I purchased. It was a guy named Alex there on Ebay. If you do a search for Viton seals many will come up. If you plug in the 11/32 valve stem diameter it will narrow search. Then you will need to know the outer diameter of the guide and you should be able to find some that will work. The ones I used had the 2 metal spring rings on them to hold to the guide. They were a little difficult to go on but once there they will stay snugly. I am pretty sure the guy selling them found that these, although were made for another engine, would fit Olds without machining guide. Here is a pict of what they generally look like.
