I have the same issue on my other computer (WIN7/IE11). My educated guess is a memory issue (it is an older computer with not much memory). However I do not have a problem on this computer (WIN8.1/IE11). Hopefully it is a "simple fix".

I don't know why this happens, however you can right click on the pic and open link in a new tab to see full size pic. ~BOB

Try another browser like chrome or firefox and see if it will work. I was having a lot of problems with IE and finally gave up. Currently using chrome.

My computer at home is a lot older than my office computer which is brand new. They are both running Windows 10 and Internet Explorer. I get the black screen on the office computer. I just blew it off.

I'll add to what Bob said in post #5. Do this for the time being.

I've had this happen too, it usually fixes itself in a couple of days. I still occasionally get an image that just wont open.

What does that mean? I don't know. It might just be an update in software, probably on your end, while no one else has that problem.

The expertz tell me its always on my end. Their usually right..hmm correct.
