It could come down a smidge,, but not stinkbug offensive. New springs? It will drop a little as it settles.

Beautiful car. Wheel and tire combo are perfect IMO. What color code is the paint?

I agree, new springs will settle a bit over time. It looks good the way it is now, and a little lower in back after the springs settle would still look good.

I agree. The profile looks great as is. Not only will the rear springs settle a little bit, should you put any weight in the rear seat or trunk you'll find the stance is ideal. Very nice red-stripes, as well.

I installed Moog 5536 fronts and the car sat the same height as the 45 year old originals.

Well, having the right height is one thing, but having/getting the correct suspension ride is what you're really after I would argue. Even old dead mushy springs can remain at good ride height but feel like slushy marshmallows when driving.

I installed UMI Performance 1967-1972 GM A-Body Factory Height Spring Set. They sell the fronts separately. Ride height came out spot-on.

I think the stance looks very very nice. Gold Color with the "red lines" is great.

I like the look, but it seems higher than factory.

It may be, what's factory with bias-ply on 14" wheels - 9" or something, maybe? I have 15" wheels.

EDIT: Tires: BFG P245/60R15 100S M+S

Yes, a bit higher than factory spec. I have the same size wheels / tires with FE2 springs and mine sits lower:
Front = 8 1/2"
Rear = 9 3/8"

Nothing a couple 80# bags of concrete duct-taped over each fender well all around couldn't fix.

Maybe a little proud on the backside, but I’d give it a while to settle down before I tear back into it. Sharp ride.

Unfortunate. I hope that he has a bigger prize in his crosshairs. Thank you for the update.
