PayPal for Dummies

1. Log in, if you don't have an account you will need to register (takes 5 mins).
2. Select send money
3. Select Friends/family or Goods/Services depending on transaction requested.
If asked to cover the fees for a Goods/Service purchase visit here to figure them out to incorporate into the sending cost for goods/services since friends/family will prompt you to pay them upon sending.

4. Enter recipient's email address
5. Enter in amount sending
6. Click send

That is all...

As a recipient I tend to balk at larger figures unless I know the buyer. I had this happen

Get money
send parts
send money to bank
spend it, what, it's not there?
Paypal took the money back from my back acct, never said exactly why, now 10 yrs later
Filled out form, had bank get my money back
PayPale then locked that acct.
They still cannot to this day explain why they did that. It's like talking to idiots.
Effem.

If you as a buyer, select the friend's and family option, then you pay the fee, but there is no fee if it comes out of your PayPal balance.

Also if you select the friends & family option your address will not be included since you're "not buying anything so why would they need your address" You will need to get your address to them another way.

Yeah! I hate PayPal as well. They want to mediate but they don't want to take in account all of the information. They tend to ignore the seller's side of the story. IMO
