Parts Interchange
68 & 69 are very similar but have different grills, hoods, deck lids and bumpers. The fenders sometimes interchange as long as they have the 69 bolt pattern

Not even close. Google Images is your friend. The 1970 HOOD can be made to fit a 69, but that's all that will interchange, and even that isn't a bolt-on. Body lines are different, grilles are different, bumpers are different, core supports are different. Hollanders Interchange Manual is the "list" you want.
Yes. Through the 1972 model year, all A-body Oldsmobiles used the same sheetmetal from the firewall foreward within a given model year. Grilles and trim may differ among models (ie, 442 or Supreme grilles vs. a base Cutlass) and there were typically different hood styles (some flat, some raised) within a given year, but they will bolt in place of one another.
Keep in mind that in the 1960s, most sheet metal and trim was one-year-only. Even the 1968-69 front fenders, though externally the same, are not identical. Hood hinges and the corresponding mounting points are different from 68 to 69, for example.
How about two-door and four-door noses...same?
