Should I go for 1 piece carpet or 2? 1974 triple black cutlass supreme, buckets and console. Thanks

 

The carpet in my 74 Salon is two pieces.. you can see the seam in the attached pic... much easier to install..I'm pretty sure factory was two as well..I'll check the assembly manual when i can..
I do know that you have to cut out the jute padding under the console to make it fit properly..also, that the reproduction carpet comes with the dimmer switch grommet but you have to cut and install it yourself..
