I took my wife and 4-y/o son up there yesterday for a few hours to see the eye candy (free admission on Wed!) and take lots of pictures. We were able to get through all the tents where the auction cars were being parked (they were still rolling in filling up the empty parking spaces). We walked through the auction building too and saw the one-of-a-kind (paint code 46) Ming Jade Green '70 442 W30 (which is expected to get well into the 6-digit$). Also saw the '70 442 Indy Pace Car 'vert and a few other sweet (and one not-so-sweet) Oldsmobiles. Had my son not been feeling ill from the heat, we would've also made it through the car-corral where I'm sure there would have been many more cool cars for sale.

If anyone is in the area, even if you are not in the market to buy, this is one of the largest auctions in the world and there is always a large collection of cool & rare cars of all makes on display. Well worth the admission price, even just to look.
