Just a teaser for now. Till the deal is done... It is not 68-72, I just hope it is as solid in person as it is in the pictures.

Great! I am looking forward to meeting everyone. I just have a hard time remembering user names from real names. We need ClassicOldsmobile stickers made for name tags, user names and real names, lol

I have been to many many events where many CO,ROP and FB members are present but have met very few because with all the people in attendance, how do you know they are an internet friend.
We post plenty of pics of our cars but there are many I have no idea what the person looks like.

Just booked a flight for Saturday morning. I should be at the show around 11:00. Need to catch a flight back home Saturday night so I'm hoping I can see everything in 1-day. Is that possible or is there too much too see?
I'll be sporting some "Cincinnati Rick" attire so if you see me say hello.

I am hosting the '68 Hurst/Olds "Display within a Display" that will be part of the Class of '68. We have awesome examples of the '68 Hursts variants represented - four hardtops (holiday coupe, holiday coupe with white interior, holiday coupe with A/C, and sports coupe with post) and a convertible. Costpenn from this site is bringing his car with A/C.
Karl Sarpolis, the '68 H/O advisor for the Hurst/Olds Club of America, will be hosting an informal walkaround of the cars with Q&A at both 3 PM and 6 PM on Saturday.
My red 'cuda 440-6 will be in the Pure Stock Drags display, so I'll be splitting time between the H/O display and there. Looking forward to seeing you guys around!

Well things did not work out about getting my 70' W31 to the show. My motor home and enclosed trailer are not ready or safe to use. My health has slowed me down greatly. I tried!
I will be flying in from Florida and be there Saturday and Sunday to support my fellow w31 owners.
I am really bumbed out about not having the car there!

I'll be there on both Saturday and Sunday. Looking forward to meeting some of the folks who have helped me on my restoration. If you see a guy with a black mechanics jacket with the name of Jeff on the left and The Shop embroidered on the right, tap me on the shoulder and say hi.

Edit: I'll be there one of the days for sure - I'll wear one of those crazy Hawaiian type car shirts filled with Oldsmobiles on it.

Ali, I didn’t know you were there. Sorry I missed you! I was there Friday and judging most of Saturday before heading off to see the Hemi Under Glass and many Oldsmobiles in a private collection.
I saw saw so many great cars, met many fellow forum members for the first time, and said hello to many forum friends again. Wish I could have stayed for Sunday too - there was so much more that I wanted to see in detail.

Terry, Sorry I missed you too. We left the show Saturday around 5, and the couple of times I saw you, you were busy judging and did not want to interrupt.

Dan Vasic did such a wonderful job putting this display together!!
We had a great time.... awesome time.... fantastic time...... words cant describe my weekend!!
Completing and having my car in the display was awesome.
Gathering the MSU Project W31 students and helping them share their story at the panel discussions Sat and Sun was awesome.
Having my father in law, wife, and son share in this was awesome.
Having the original owners and their daughter spend the day with us Saturday was awesome.
Meeting with Kevin Oeste (V8TV) for an interview at MCACN Live Afterhours was awesome.
Visiting and meeting so many friends at MCACN was awesome.
Attending Joe Spagnoli's party was awesome.
THAT'S A LOT OF AWESOME!!!
