Oldsmobile W-31 Invitational Showcase 2018 MCACN
We at Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals are extremely happy to announce the 2018 Oldsmobile W-31 Invitational Showcase. Right out of the gate we have an extraordinary line up. Looking for possibly a line up of 8-10 cars. Anyone interested in joining this spectacular showcase, Please contact me at .... abodymuscle@aol.com

To the true Oldsmobile guys on here, with the real Oldsmobile passion..... I give you a kind word of advice here and now.... book your hotel now, book your holidays, set it in stone!!!! You miss this... you will regret it:-)

Just to be clear....as it is every year....all Invitational Showcases, are just as it implies, an INVITATION.....we (MCACN) select the cars. We understand that there are many great and fantastic W-31 Oldsmobile's out there. However we can only select as many as the venue allows us. Once we have made the selection, then we will ask you to register the car at....

It's a true honor to accept your invitation Dan. You and the attendees will not be disappointed when they get a first-hand glimpse of the pilot car of the Oldsmobile Ramrod Race Car program.
The restoration is well on outs way anbd hopefully will be to finished for Gettysburg.

What a lineup! Hats off to Dan and all of you who responded. It is going to be great showcasing these cars, as they are certainly something that many don't even know exist.
This is one of my favorite aspects of producing the MCACN show; being able to work with people like Dan who are as passionate about what we do as I am and seeing the awesome owners who step up and make the commitment of time and $$ to be a part of the action.
This will be one for the record books, and an absolute must do/must see whether you are a participant or a spectator.

We have relocated our Good Friend Tim and his - Beautiful 1968 Hurst Olds Post Coupe to be part of our "Class of '68" Invitational Showcase.
There will be a few more Choice Oldsmobile`s as part of the "Class of '68" Invitational Showcase. Stay tuned!
In fact, I will go on record as saying....that 2018 MCACN will the largest gathering of Oldsmobile`s ever, even surpassing the year we had all the Hurst Cars on display.
If your an OLDS guy....you DO NOT want to miss the 2018 MCACN. See you All in November.

The show takes place during my prime income window. To attend the show might mean turning down significant income. In today's fragile Alberta economy that is dangerous.
I'll have to see what drilling season brings next fall. I really want to attend and this lineup of W-31 cars is a very rare opportunity. Fingers crossed.

Just saw this now. Will be great to see such a huge collection of W-Oldsmobiles. Also interesting to see all of the first time cars. Stefano mentioned in another thread that this will be quite a show and after seeing this lineup it does look like he was right.

Yesterday, while doing Oldsmobile parts search for "El Malo"....I accidentally stumbled upon the second owner of Karry Speichert's - 1970 W-31 F85 Post Coupe.
I called the owner, had a great conversation.....I invited him to attend the W-31 Invitation Showcase. George (second owner) was super excited, told me a few great stories of when he owned the 1970 W-31 F85 Post Coupe.
Now, Karry and George will both be attending the show together, way cool.

As most of you know....we at MCACN have unique and special unveilings that happen at the show every Saturday morning beginning at 10:00am.
This is year is no different.....we are very excited of all of our unveilings.....this one in particular, in conjunction with the Oldsmobile W-31 Invitational Showcase....we will be Unveiling Stephen Minore's 1970 W-31 Holiday Coupe.
Stephen we are happy and super excited to see your 1970 W-31 Unveiled at the 2018 MCACN.
All your hard work, passion, and years of fantastic memories will be unveiled for the very first time before our very own eyes.....this is true excitement for most car guys.
Stephen will also have a lot of his out of town Family Members and Friends present at the Unveiling.....this is what I call Priceless!
Heck, I may even get emotional myself.

I "think" I am going to make it this year. I have a "barn find" in the works and if is works out I plan to have it there in the barn find section. I see some names on the list that I am looking forward to meeting. Not seen others for a couple years. Even if my car don't work out I think I am going to go.
