Oldsmobiles seen at Fall Carlisle 2011
I was there last weekend and finally had a chance to get these uploaded while adding my pithy commentary where appropriate.
It was a cool, cloudy, rainy Saturday, and it drizzled for about an hour during the morning while I was there, but it was mostly dry at least until I left around 1 p.m.

Looks like there were some nice oldsmobiles there on saturday. I was there on friday and the weather was cloudy with a little sun at times. There did not seem to be as many cars as there usually is probably cause of the weather and how muddy some of the parking areas were.

I really liked the 50 Futuramic, the white 66 Delmont 4 door, the 61 starfire and the 75 vert (burg/white)
Some very nice cars. Also some sellers with lofty ambitions in their pricing strategy IMO
Thx for the tour Jaunty.

The '70 98 was in the car corral, and the selling price would not be reported anywhere, I don't think, as it was a private deal between buyer and seller.
The very nice '69 Delta 88 convertible was sold at the auction for $12,100.
The dark green '69 442 with the black vinyl top was bid up to $13,000 but did not sell.

They don't. Fall Carlisle is one of their two-times-per-year big swap meets. Cars of all makes are there. I just focused on the Oldsmobiles because that's what I'm interested in.
They have several other, more specialized events, such as "Corvettes at Carlise" and "Chrysler Nationals," and they do have a "GM Nationals." But to my knowledge, they've never had an Olds-only event.
Here's a list of their events for 2012:

The '62 98 was sold at the auction, and the results are on the Auctions America website. It sold for $15,675.
