Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale Conv.

Is there someone, who can tell me where to find the fuse block, where the
"GAUGES, TRANS" fuse is located?

Up on the firewall, to the left of the driver's foot, like on all GM cars from the '60s through the '70s.

If you do not have a Chassis Service Manual, you need to get one.
