Try to contact TK65. He has a list of many Olds dealerships.

 

Back when it was in existence, the Olds History Center in Lansing would have had this for you if you wrote to them and asked.

The OHC was subsumed into the GM Heritage Center in 2003. You might find what you're looking for by contacting them.
