Any Oldsmobile dealership signs, pics and details?

I was wondering who has any original Oldsmobile dealership signs or has pics that they can post. I would like to see what different signs were made and what is still out there and what condition they are still in. Maybe even give measurements and possibly when and where they were used and how old they are.

These 2 signs were at a dealership in Kansas stored for 40 years and both lit up and worked perfectly. The OLDSMOBILE script sign is about 8 feet long and is in great shape, plastic is shiny with no noticable fade or warpage. The Oldsmobile emblem sign is 9 feet tall not counting the pipe mount. It is also in nice shape with a few more flaws than the other sign, but again, still nice.I had a pic or 2 of other signs but not sure where they are.

I have this one and i have the receipt with the dealers name. It came with one other piece that is the modern olds oval logo which i did not hang. I think it is about 20 feet. Below is the pic of my sign on the building it came from.

Saw this one-off sign hanging in a restaurant in Charlottesville, VA in June 2013:

Here is another pic I have. This is owned by an Olds buddy of mine. He bought a 71 442 new at the dealership where this sign was at. Just a few years ago it popped up and he bought it. Very cool piece of history for him especially.

Chad,
Did you buy those two? I'm interested to see what else pops up in this thread.

This exact sign was on ebay a few weeks ago. I recognize the hot spot and he had a pic of it on the brick building. $4200.

I have one of those Rocket flags also. They were displayed in the Oldsmobile Nationals in Downtown Lansing in 1979. If my memory serves me right I had to clime a lamp post to retrieve it. That was my first Olds National. It poured rain the whole weekend.

After a quick google search, looks like that sign is from 1962.

1966 Toronado showroom sign. This was restored by my good friend that made the prototype.

I picked up some original dealer posters this week. Not quite sure how to post pics here though. Nothing newer than 1970

Very cool! Love the flame-like background.

Heres a pic with the sign lights off. The technical name for the material is "reflex".

I found these on Ebay last week and I just had to have them.

They actually look better in person than in the pictures.

The Delta 88 and 98 banners were reasonable, but man did the Cutlass banner cost me. Being an Oldsmobile fanatic and having a 70 442 I just had to have them. And I am glad I was able to pick them up.

Just got these NOS in their original box.

VERY NICE Guardian Maintenance banners about 2 are 10'x3'

3rd one is same length but under 2' tall neat car and landscap

2 small paper ads for A/C service and ding/dent removal

One of the coolest pieces is the "Red Carpet Treatment " heavy paper mats to protect your cars carpet when it was in for service 19"x12"

I never realized just how hard it is to find and buy Oldsmobile dealer signs and banners.

I picked these up a few weeks back. IMO They have great color and actually look really cool.

And these just showed up today.

I still need to figure out a way to hang the round store front banner. The two rectangle banners were hung using magnets so as not to damage them by using tacks or nails.

14' dealership sign; got it in 2007. makes a nice night light on those warm summer nights. Did the garage over in the colours of the car and added my favorite sports team items. It's where I can be found in the summer months since I'm not into the bar scene.
