OLD part ID help.

Going to need a real expert here. Logo says it is 1920 to 1939 any idea of what year, where the part was used on car or what it is called. Very cool, just like to know what I have. Oldsmobile_zpsc3ea6ce8.jpg

Acorns and a spur. Interesting.

Why did you post it on an Oldsmobile site?

Welcome to ClassicOlds.

If you Google Oldsmobile service and then click on images you will see the same logo on vintage signs. Could be off an Olds truck.... don't know.

It needs to be flipped around.
It is a 1942 Oldsmobile front hood emblem.
Google 1942 Oldsmobile.

Thanks Mike

yes I didn't know how to turn the pic, I knew it was upside down. The site I found said it went up to 1939 so I didn't search above that... the 42 was a very cool car. Thanks for the help
