My question is... what's the point? It's not a cowl tag and it's not a door sticker. It's just a metal tag with your VIN and car brand. I dunno about the rest of you, but I can't think of any practical use for it...oh wait...maybe a key tag? But 60 bones would be some heavy green to lay down for a key tag.

Just my .02...😀

I suppose you could recreate a documented one that died.

Looks like the same door tag in my 62 super 88.

The point is that it looks a LOT like the 1967-older VIN tags - though not exactly like...

The fonts are slightly different, though most people wouldn't notice that. It also depends on how they actually stamp the VIN. Real ones are raised. I don't know if the depressed stamping in the ad is only intended to keep them out of jail.

See the "Report Item" link across from the "Descripton" and "Shipping and Payments" file tags? Click it.

First box = Prohibited and restricted
Second box = Vehicles and vehicle parts and accessories
Third box = VIN plates and VIN rivets

Then click "Send Report".

Done. Have a beer.
