New car

Well after six years I bought another Oldsmobile, an 84 Hurst Olds. It is a far cry from my 69 W32 but it is a pretty cool car. it needs work and I probably paid too much for it, but it is just like the one my parents bought new when I was in the sixth grade, just not as shiney.

You only paid too much if you sell it. Post some pics I love those 80's olds

I don't plan on selling it. The last time I rode in one I was fifteen when my dad traded his for an 88 Toronado trofeo'. I will get some pictures up soon, waiting for my camera to charge.

Nice cars for sure... Check out oldsgmail.com also for info on those G-bodies - lots of tips and tricks there.

Very nice car Chad. Love the red interior better than grey, and that one has the T-tops! What happened on the right side of the car? Looks like a bad color match unless it's the lighting. You work in a body shop?

It has had some paint work done at one time or another. It looks like they blended the door and it faded different from the rest of the car. I work in a auto repair shop. This is my home shop where I work doing auto restorations part time. Current job is the 60 Cadillac frame off in the back of the shop.

That 84 HO couldn't ask to be in better hands. Does the car have the original engine/trans? From the looks of how well it presents itself I'd say yes.

It is all numbers matching. It runs and drives very well. I think this winter I am going to do a full frame off on it so it will be like having a brand new one.

Chad, beware of Rob and I. We'll encourage you to do darn near EVERYTHING when you're least expecting it! But we mean it in the best possible way.....
