New 455

Well had tons of problems with the motor fitting, motor mount issues, timing issues and now slight carb issues ( that I think is just vacume) but the motor is in and almost running correctly. Will be nice to actually drive the car that I just rebuilt the motor on. Here are some pictures.

Good Looking engine, what made you decide to keep the exhaust Manifold rather than switching to headers?

Depending what he is going for, I think a lot of people would prefer manifolds. I am thinking about pulling my headres off & going back to them.
I notice you have a Fram filter on there. Not to start up an old subject but if you google it plenty of people don't have good things to say.

Nice looking build, as looks similar to mine with the adjustable valve train and M/T covers. Guess I cheated a bit with L/T headers, as those well prepped factory ex manifolds sure look sweet. Keep us informed of how it runs when properly set up. Mark
