George,
Beautiful car..........BTW, in case you haven't come down from Chicago on Friday and Saturday nights at Blue Top are when a lot of the old stuff comes out. Also Sunday afternoon 4-7 there's live music in the parking lot.
Great minds think alike! We did a photo shoot of the 61 I built next to an abandoned motel's neon. A friend photoshopped the neon to look like it was turned on.
Took this over the weekend. This restaurant / ice cream parlor has been a staple in our little town since the 50's, and used in various movies over the last 25 or so yrs, including Rain Man....lots of history in this little building.
This picture is over 20 years old! I heard that after decade of being out of business, some one posted a bunch excavators in front of the decay ready to do demo! Pat

Yeah Pat, last time I went by there (M46 and US131???) building was still there but out of business. We ate there once on a Sunday morning. Food was just meh... ok. But sure is a shame it doesn't open back up.
Wow, nice to see the old Blue Top is still around. I grew up nearby and used to hit Blue Top every few weeks. The nicer cars were always there, and my rust buckets were kind of out of place. Nice memories, thanks. Cool photo.
