Thumbs down NEL Metal Restorations - Reply for Bad Quality

Read this and arrive at your own conclusions:

"First of all if you knew anything about resto work you would know that you can grind down the tabs. The part had metal contamination in the detail area. But for $80.00 i guess we should have done complete reconstruction work i am sure thats what a HARVARD BOY would do. Please do let any of your ignorant friends know ... I guess i will have to stick with the million dollar Pebble Beach , and Amelia Island work that i am used to doing. All of the museum quality work we do does get so boring..... I was so hoping to work my way into the 70 olds world where people want to spend nothing to have their worthless parts restored!!!!!! GOOD BYE FOR EVER MY EX-CUSTOMER AND TO YOUR FELLOW JACKASSES KNOW AS WELL"

I guess that they cannot accept criticism for poor quality work.....

I am actually laughing out loud!

That is a hilarious and fantastic response.

I *&$in' LOVE it!

He doesn't sound like the best guy to do business with, but he'd probably be a riot to have a drink with.

So, tell me, what exactly did he "fix," and have you any photos to show us?

Oh, and do you recall who won the Head of the Charles last October ?

The part was the A/C bezel.

The first time they did it, it was really grainy and dull.

The second time it looked like they left it in the tank too long, and all of the crisp detail is now gone.

details details details. Im helping a buddy right now and we are doing body work to a fellow olds racers car. Even on a race car we pay attention to the deatils because it's what makes the work good right down to the trim. Anyone who has pride in what they do will no hestitate say hey i need a little more time to make it perfect instead of rusing it and it being bad.

What a childish and immature response - surely do not want to do biz with that one.
He should have told you in advance that there was contamination and that they could try for 80. Then it would be your call.
Totally unprofessional.
