Need Some Help On Behalf of my Grandfather.

My grandfather is currently restoring a 1954 Oldsmobile Starfire convertible. It originally came with the continental kit, but he doesn't want it. He wants me to sell it for him, but I have no idea how much the kit would be worth, if anything. Its kind of in rough shape and doesn't have the bumper.

Heres a picture.

Thank You! I apologize if I'm in the wrong sub-forum.

Also, if you want to purchase it PM me. I won't ship though, We're located in Los Angeles area.

Very rare part that would fit on a even rarer car. It's to bad the bumper isn't around to be sold with the kit. I believe the bumper is a special for that application also. If it were mine I would put it on E bay and see what happens....Tedd

Here's one in Red Bluff that's suppose to fit a 1956 Pontiac. Any idea if this would interchange?

"Ultra Rare! Extended Rear Bumper fits 1956 Pontiac maybe others, works with Continental Kit Spare tire "not included" Only the bumper. Straight but needs re-chroming and there is a cross over piece not shown in the pictures of the extended bumper on my car, I know what these are worth and how difficult they are to find so please only good cash offers or possible trades"
