Need to Identify wheel center and spinner DELTA 88

I have what I believe is a decent set of factory center caps and spinners for a 77-79 delta 88. Part number on the center cap is 557747 and I know this is a rally center for the Delta 88. They have attached to them Part Number 557931 spinner with a black and red Oldsmobile center. The caps are stamped with a name that is hard to see but U think the name is congrise in the middle of a crest. I started to think this is an after market add-on to the center but the spinner is shaped like the cap. Any help? I have pics if I can figure out how to load them.

Any help on how to load pics?

I think I have this figured out. I looked up Delta 88 center caps and came up with a few options and pictures. I believe I have a set of 77-79 Delta 88 center caps part Number 557747 married to a set of 1966-67 spinners part number 557931 off a set of wire hubcaps. The spinners are in very nice shape for being that old, and the caps are not worth a dime with holes in them. The way they are mounted and fit is amazing in it self. You would have to see them to know what I am talking about.

Looks like someone screwed on a 1965 Oldsmobile 3 spoke spinner from a hubcaps to a 1973 to 77 mid size oldsmobile center cap.
Google 1965 Oldsmobile 3 spoke spinner cap and you will see.

Yeah, I was excited to find them and thought I had to have them then on the way home I though they may have been jacked with a bit. It is still a neat look for someone who has a Delta that would take that cap. The spinners are not cheap on ebay either. I still didn't get hurt. Thanks for the input....

Actually the spinners are 66. The 65's had two bars and the 67's had no bars. The 64's also had the two bars but with the airplane wing not the rocket.

correct.66 was last year of the spinners as it was a "safety" issue.
