GPS tracker

Anyone using these on their rides in case car is stolen?

I believe in insurance. Hopefully if my car gets stolen, they leave no parts behind.

All joking aside, my cars stays in a garage when not in use, and I can usually keep an eye on it when we are out. So no need for that.

I use a "Tractive" pet tracker for my critter. Have also used for my luggage when I travel and its very small. Think I paid 250.00 plus 90.00/yr for subscription.

Where do you put the device on your "critter"?

I'm curious about this too. I've heard of using a cheap GPS enabled cell phone on a cheap plan mounted somewhere hidden & hardwired to power. Need to find car ? Locate phone.

Phones internal battery keeps it alive if thieves cut power.
