Why wouldn't it be? He says it's for a '70 442. Unless you don't trust him.
$135 seems like a lot of money for a jack, but I really don't know.
If you're worried that the guy doesn't know what he's talking about and you'll get the thing and it will be wrong, you might do what I do. Buy it, anyway, and if it it's wrong, turn right around and sell it again, on eBay.
I have bought two or three things on ebay for cars over the years only to find that they're not what I thought they were. I just turn around and sell them again. I don't always get exactly what I paid, sometimes more sometimes less, but at least I get something back, and it kind of evens out over time.
The number of times on here you've posted a "will this jack fit my car" question suggests that maybe it's time to bite the bullet and buy one of them. This particular one looks like it might actually be the one.

I saw this listing and was going to post it on here for you , sorry forgot to do that, been pre-occupied. but yes I thought it would work perfect for you, though you need to paint the wing nut and the hold-down hook black

Looks like it needs the cradle/hook pad also... $135 does seem kinda pricy though. Guess it depends on how bad you want/need it. I'm still keeping my eye out for you up here in Michigan in case I come across one...
