ST 70 = style/model year = 1970
33687 = Oldsmobile (3) Cutlass V-8 (36) holiday coupe (87)
E = assembly plant = Linden NJ
7735 BDY = assembly plant body number (for internal plant use only)
TR 944 = interior color & front seat type = gold interior with a split bench seat
50 H PNT = exterior color(s) = bamboo (50-lower body color) with a gold vinyl top (H-upper body color)
2C = time build code = February (2), third week of that month (C), 1970
C08 = option code = roof top covering (i.e., vinyl top)

Sometimes, cowl tags can be redundant. In this case, the "H" indicates a gold vinyl top for the upper body color and type of top (vinyl) and the C08 option code indicates a "roof top covering". Both are one in the same except that the option code doesn't tell us what color the "roof top covering" is, whereas the cowl tag does.
