Need fluid specifications

I have a 1965 Cutlass 330/315 hp w/Jetaway trans on the column. It has 55,xxx original miles. I've only had the car about a week and unfortunately I don't have any manuals for it yet. I would like to to some fluid changes and maintenance to it soon but I don't have the specs. If you guys can help me out with the following, I would really appreciate it:

Engine oil
Engine oil filter
Air filter
Spark plugs
Belts (no A/C, has power steering).
Plug wires
Cap & rotor
Trans fluid
Trans filter?
Rear differential fluid
Brake fluid
Power steering fluid

Anything that I missed?

Thanks and I look forward to your replies.

If it only has 55,000 miles, it most likely doesn't need attention paid to the transmission and rear end, as well as the power steering. As for everything else, your local parts store should be able to hook you up.
And I would take a look at the brakes and make sure they have plenty of life left.

Jetstar 88...thanks for your reply.

What grade oil should I use?

What tranny fluid?

Without getting into the whole oil debate (AGAIN), you should use 10w30 winter, 10w40 summer, 20w50 summer if your engine is on the loose side.
ZDDP is good, so many run Rotella diesel oil (15w40) or use additives.

ATF: Dextron

P/S: Dextron or "power steering fluid."

Differential: 80w90, or, if you're really fancy, 70w140 synthetic (posi is a different story).

Everything else will be listed at your local auto parts store, and is pretty much the same across decades, with the usual divisions (points vs HEI ignition, for instance).

Others with more time will now chime in with more specific (picky... ) additions.
