Need chassis torque specs 1970 Delta 88

I would appreciate it if someone who has a 1970 Chassis Shop Manual, could look up a couple of torque specs.
I need the torque for the spindle to steering arm nuts. (circled in red).
And the caliper adapter to spindle bolt (circled in blue).

Hi Charlie. I don't have my 1970 handy, but here's what I found in the 1969 Chassis Service Manual. They had the single piston calipers in both years. 130 pounds seems awful high. If someone else has a 1970 just to confirm this is the correct number.

Thanks 2blu442.
I'm sure that 1969 and 70 will be the same.
Those steering arm bolts are considerably larger than anything on an "A" body.
I believe that 135 is the correct torque.
