As long as those NASCAR buffoons don't try to register 442 as a NASCAR trademark everything will be fine. But in all honesty I would not put it past them to try.

From what I see on the webpage, they already did. There's a little "tm" next to the 442.

Well hey if GM let it expire, then anyone can trademark it, right?
Cutlass, Aurora, F85, it's all up for grabs.

Is "442 Glasses" like "beer goggles" ?
