It kinda looks like a 'Transformer' or 'Hot Wheels' car to me.
Do people actually drive these things? I would really enjoy seeing something like
this in the Woodward Dream Cruise this summer. Maybe the guy could have flames
shooting out of the exhaust pipes too! It would look even better with the whole suspension
done in chrome.

It's a car that the factory got right. Then someone with two much money and time ruined. How can someone think this looks good? I've owned 4x4 that didn't set that high.

 

flames shooting out doors and windows would look good.bring on the hot dogs.

 

I bet you can't take a corner faster than 5 MPH in that thing.
High center of gravity and can't see any anti roll bars.

 

This car is a Ghetto Cruiser. The perfect vehicle for bending blocks? This kind of vehicle, is what you need in drivers-ed. It will very quickly teach you the dynamics of a hydroplane. What happens when your vehicle loses traction . If you could take driving lessons in a vehicle like this, you could learn a lot about handling & vehicle safety.You can learn a lot about driving in the snow with this car too!

 

I would call it a piece of crap. I don't believe I have ever seen anything like this at the Dallas Autorama. I have seen some on the streets. Probably comes with an AK-47. Imagine the money it took to screw a nice car up this bad. UGLY.

 

I had an 87 Cutlass and sold it on Ebay to some guy in New Orleans. It makes me really sad to think that this might be it. This, ladies and gentlemen, is what my nightmares are made of.

 

i would call it a travesty, why couldnt he just do that to a monte carlo like most other g-body destroyers?

its a oldsmobile 4x4 made for the dowtown areas comes with police target sights in windshield 10 12's 4 amps fold out ladder and emerg, landing gear tissue for the nose bleeders

 

Every time you get in you would have to make sure you don't run over any of the "homeless" that moved in underneath.
Easy to work on the exhaust?

I've seen a lot of those cars and they usually have extra nice bodywork and paint jobs. Interiors have some very good craftsmanship too.
Too bad all that talent is so misdirected.

 

Wow... Some great comments! It's not to my liking either, but I do believe big wheels are a trend or a fad of some kind. Maybe I'm showing my age, but I would much rather have the car look original.

That poor cutlass looks like it's flapping it's doors trying to gain altitude for an escape from it's hostile captivity

 

A definite Attention Getter!! Drive this car in any downtown area and people will say: Hey look at that car!! That thing is BUTT UGLY!!

Not my taste either, but I rather see it like that than in a junkyard somewhere! Somebody obviously put some hard work in there......

 

Its a great example of how to build a car that is: Slow, Pig on gas, Rides Like Crap, Handles Poorly, Is useless as a dailey driver and is totally unsafe.
